Elevate your flying by building strength, technique, and stability to swing higher, safer, and more confidently. Whether you're a seasoned trapeze artist or a beginner, this strength & conditioning class is designed to empower you with the knowledge needed to safely and effectively accelerate your progression.
Every student will leave the class with a month-long weight lifting program designed specifically for flying trapeze artists. The program will specify 2 workouts per week. Our equipment will be available for members to use.
Work Out With Friends
We all know sticking to a regular training schedule is both important and challenging, but it’s easier with friends! We will hold group workout sessions so you can support your fellow flyers and we can all get stronger together.
