Alana is happiest when her feet aren't on the ground, whether that be flying or rock climbing. She graduated with a degree in Neuroscience and Behavior and after working a few years as a neuroscience researcher she is currently in medical school.
When she's not studying, you can find Alana eating ice cream with friends, smiling behind (rarely in front) of a camera, or traveling. She is a co-founder of the New York City Climbing Collective, seeking equity in climbing in the NY metro area and she is an active volunteer for ParaCliffHangers, helping those with disabilities overcome mountains by serving as a sight guide for a visually impaired athlete.
